Court Klekas is dedicated to providing his clients with the finest service available.  His in-depth knowledge of the new and resale home market and of the new development market is unmatched within Summit County.  A full-time agent since 1976, he has twice been named “Sales Person of the Year” by the Park City Board of Realtors and earned the Master of Professional Achievement Award from both the Park City and Salt Lake Board of Realtors.  Court brings his experience to Summit Sotheyb’s International Realty as the Senior Vice President of Development Services.

Court has been the listing agent for over 30 developments in the Park City area, including residential lots, single family home communities and for several condominium hotels including: Hyatt Escala Lodge, Waldorf Astoria Park City, Silverado Lodge, and Sunrise at Escala.  Court currently represents Victory Ranch and Conservancy, High Star Ranch and the Fairway Springs Ski and Golf Villas.

Court spends his time away from real estate with his wife Susan and their four children.  They are all involved in a hobby that has turned into a passion – Martial Arts. Every member of the family is a Black Belt and they own the Bobby Lawrence Karate School, the only full-time karate studio in Park City.  Court has been with Master Lawrence since 1989 and is the “Head of School” and a 5th Degree Black Belt.  Karate is a good balance to the demands of the real estate business and it is rewarding to teach students who range in age from 4 to 62 years of age!
